Frank J. Franiak
President and CEO
Mr. Franiak has more than 30 years of experience in the brokerage, investment management
and fund administration businesses. From 1974 through 1990, Mr. Franiak served in high level
executive positions within the futures brokerage industry. In 1991, Mr. Franiak joined Glenwood
Investment Corp. as a Vice-President with responsibility for supervising Glenwood’s activities in
the area of managed futures. In 1992, he was promoted to the position of President of Glenwood
Futures Management Inc. where he served until 1995. In 1995, Mr. Franiak formed Monroe Capital
to provide fund accounting, administration and marketing services to private investment funds. Mr.
Franiak served as a principal of Customized Accounting Solutions, a predecessor of Woodfield,
from 2000 through 2005. Mr. Franiak is responsible for marketing, sales, product development and
business management.
Evan A. Audette
Executive Vice President and COO
Mr. Audette is a certified public accountant with over twelve years of experience in both public
and corporate accounting. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Audette was employed at Dayton Hudson
Corporation (now Target Corporation), first as an Accountant and later as a Senior Benefits
Analyst. In 1998, Mr. Audette joined the Dallas office of Ernst & Young LLP, where he spent four
years managing the annual financial audits of hedge funds, venture capital funds, and various
employee benefit plans. From 2002 through 2003, Mr. Audette served as Chief Financial Officer
of an investment advisor/hedge fund-of-funds manager. Mr. Audette served as Vice
President of Customized Accounting Solutions, a predecessor of Woodfield, from January 2004
through November of 2005. Mr. Audette is responsible for the management of Woodfield staff and
oversight of all fund accounting and administration functions. |
