Audit Asistance
Woodfield will collaborate with the firm’s auditors to help insure a timely and efficient completion of the annual audit. We will prepare all required schedules, explain all financial transactions and generally assist in the completion of the audit. In addition, Woodfield will independently prepare the financial statements and footnote disclosures for inclusion in the annual audit if requested by the firm’s auditors.

We are equipped to assist with the various filing requirements of regulatory agencies for Broker/Dealers such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The services Woodfield offers include preparation and electronic filing of monthly and quarterly FOCUS reports, computation of Aggregate Indebtedness and Minimum Net Capital Requirements subject to Rule 15c3, and other financial reporting/filing as necessary for regulatory compliance.
